Perry joined Rathbones in 1999 after a career in the IT industry. He acts as adviser to Greenbank’s ethical, sustainable and impact research team, which he headed until 2021. He was responsible for establishing the team’s proprietary research database and continues to be involved in its development. He also conducts thematic research into key responsible investment issues as well as monitoring corporate performance on environmental, social and governance matters. Perry was a founder member of Greenbank in 2004.

Rory joined the Greenbank team as a Trainee Investment Manager in 2023 having worked in a number of financial services roles in the six years prior. He studied Business Management at Cardiff University, receiving a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in 2017. Rory is currently studying towards his CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma.

Rosie joined Greenbank in June 2015. She has a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Manchester. Rosie is a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and has been awarded the Institute’s masters level Chartered Wealth Manager qualification. She has also been awarded the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.

Saleem is a collectives analyst at Greenbank, responsible for ethical and sustainable investment fund selection.

He graduated in Economics and Management from Oxford University in 2005 and has postgraduate degrees from the Universities of Cambridge and Bristol. He holds the CFA UK Diploma in ESG Investment Management.

Saleem began his career in fund research at RBS in Bristol, before heading up the European investment research department at Citywire in Munich. He was most recently a senior ESG advisor at the Swiss data science firm RepRisk. Saleem joined Greenbank in 2020.

Sophie joined Greenbank in January 2020 as a senior ethical, sustainable and impact researcher and has recently moved into a new role as Greenbank’s Stewardship and Engagement Lead. She is responsible for the delivery of key engagement projects, building relationships with external partner organisations, and shaping Greenbank’s engagement strategy, priorities and reporting. She started her career at Barclays Bank in 2013 and most recently spent three years at KKS Advisors, a strategy consultancy in London where she led a team specialising in sustainable and impact investment. She holds an MSc from Imperial College London in Environmental Technology and a BSc in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol.

Stephanie Sotiriou joined Greenbank in October 2021 and is an investment manager. She was previously the investment manager of ESG fund-of-fund portfolios at TAM Asset Management. Stephanie has a Bsc (Hons) in Economics from The London School of Economics. She is a CFA Charterholder and a holder of the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management (IMC).

Tim is deputy business manager at Greenbank, managing a portfolio of change initiatives across Greenbank.

Tim started his career in product management with JP Morgan Chase and subsequently with KPMG’s capital markets advisory practice, where he supported clients with strategic change initiatives.

Tim holds the Investment Management Certificate from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and a BSc in Business Management from the University of Southampton.

Tim is deputy business manager at Greenbank, managing a portfolio of change initiatives across Greenbank.

Victoria is an investment director with over 20 years' experience in providing and managing investment solutions to Charity and Pension Fund trustees, as well as to individuals including those with bespoke or complex investment requirements. 

Victoria is a chartered fellow of the CISI and an experienced Trustee. She is a former Executive Trustee of the Edward Gostling Foundation, former trustees of the Lankelly Chase Foundation, an early adopter of the UNPRI, latterly chairing the Investment Committee, and former advisor to the Stroke Association Investment Committee.

Victoria joined Greenbank in 2015 from Barclays where she was senior director for the London Charity Team.  From 2007- 2010, Victoria was regional investment director for London and the South East responsible for the Gerrard Investment Management business, (£2billion in Private Client, Charity, Pension and Court of Protection portfolios). Victoria began her city career with Capel Cure Myers in 1998, following a successful career in Opera and Musical Theatre.
