Portfolio administration

You have a direct relationship with your investment manager and can contact them at any time.  He or she will meet you in person to review the financial and ethical investment strategy and performance of your portfolio.

These meetings provide the opportunity for us to discuss any changes in your charity’s financial or ethical requirements.

You will receive regular updates on the performance of the portfolio along with an annual ethical review which comprises summaries of social, environmental and ethical news for each portfolio holding over the previous year. Detailed information is also available online.

We have invested in the technology to give you a precise and up-to-date picture of your charity’s investments. Inadequate reporting can be one of the biggest frustrations in a relationship, which is why we do not outsource this important activity to anyone else.

We place the same emphasis on quality in our administration of your portfolio. Custody, management of dividends and interest and capital events are all taken care of in-house under the direction of your investment manager.
