Richard Lougher

Assistant Investment Manager

Richard Lougher graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 2002 and has previously worked for Hargreaves Lansdown, RBS Group and Quilter (Morgan Stanley Smith Barney). Richard has been awarded the Certificate in Investment Management, Certificate in Private Client Investment Advice and Management, International Certificate in Wealth Management and the Diploma in Financial Planning. He is a Member of the Personal Finance Society and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

Kate Murphy

Charity adviser

Catherine Murphy advises Greenbank on charity funds. She previously worked at Henderson Global Investors from 1986 to 2001, as the fund manager responsible for institutional SRI portfolios and then as a director of Henderson’s Socially Responsible Investment Team. Her clients included the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust and Nottingham County Council Environmental Fund.

Matt Crossman

Ethical Research & Corporate Engagement

Matt Crossman is an ethical researcher, responsible for monitoring news flow on companies, updating company profiles and analysing ethical issues. He also leads Greenbank’s engagement activity and is the secretary to the Rathbones Group corporate governance committee. He is a graduate of the University of Bristol where he studied law, with a particular interest in the administration of environmental law, and also has post-graduate qualifications in Sustainable Development theory and practice. He is a trustee of LoveBristol, and urban regeneration charity, and served on the board of the Ecumenical Council for Corporate Responsibility between 2007 and 2012.
