Following a fantastic evening of pitching and discussion, Toby Eccles of Social Finance emerged victorious from the inaugural Green Dragons' Den.

His innovative proposal, the Social Impact Bond, captured the imagination of our assembled Green Dragons. The bond addresses high reoffending rates among the UK prison population, investing in preventative programmes which deliver cost savings for the Government.
