Climate Change Seminar - London
Rathbone Greenbank held its second investor day on the 17th March at Westbourne Studios in London. It was on the subject of climate change, and the speakers included Andrew Simms of the New Economics Foundation, Mark Mansley of Rathbone Greenbank, Bruce Jenkyn-Jones of Impax Asset Management and Harry Platt, chairman of Workspace Group plc. The event was attended by 45 staff, clients and IFAs and proved very successful. It was clear that climate change is a huge problem, but encouraging to see that investors can play a part in addressing the challenge. After the event we toured Westbourne studios, which is a fascinating development by Workspace, located under the Westway, and used by artists and designers. A fuller report on climate change, including a write up of the event will follow in due course.
