Communication and Administration

Good adminstration is a key aspect of our service. Clients will receive the following, either on a quarterly or half yearly basis:

• Portfolio valuation.
• Statement of portfolio movements detailing investment transactions, bonuses and capitalisation issues together with details of gains and losses.
• Capital statement detailing all movements of cash.
• Income statement, showing dividends and interest received, paid out and reinvested.
• Ethical News Updates, based on your individual Portfolio holdings.
• Ethical profiles of companies in your Portfolio

In addition, members of the Rathbones Group can assist you with your tax planning and will:

• Produce composite tax vouchers at the end of the tax year which list all dividends received and any interest paid. These facilitate the completion of tax returns.
• Maintain cost records for all current holdings and prepare on-going calculations of capital gains/losses for Capital Gains Tax Purposes.
• Complete tax returns, where requested to do so, through our tax department.
